If you haven’t set up your new login to the new My Account yet, now is the time! This one-time process takes only a few minutes. You’ll be able to follow simple prompts to verify your identity and set up your new username, password, and ThriftLine PIN. (Login credentials you set up prior to June 1 will not work.)

With new features in My Account, you can save time by completing most transactions entirely online without paper forms. Upload documents, sign your name electronically, and use online tools to make requests such as designating beneficiaries, taking a withdrawal or distribution, and applying for a loan.
2. Get personalized support.
When you’re logged in to My Account, you can ask the virtual assistant to connect you directly to a live ThriftLine Representative through secure chat during business hours. You’ll also find an enhanced retirement income calculator that can help you estimate your retirement income and spending needs.
3. Review your account information and receive TSP correspondence.
Logging in to My Account makes it easy to view all your TSP account information in one place. You can also set up your preferences for receiving TSP information by email, text messaging, postal mail, or a combination of these options. And you can update your contact information to make sure you never miss important messages about activity on your account.
