The United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced several initiatives underway aimed at assisting the public with sanctions implementation. As part of these efforts, OFAC is amending several Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) today to ensure published guidance remains current. OFAC will continue reviewing FAQs through an ongoing process that is focused on providing up-to-date and useful information to the public.
