The President has signed a new Executive Order Addressing the Threat from Securities Investments that Finance Certain Companies of the People's Republic of China. OFAC has published the following new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): 898, 899, 900, 901, 902, 903, 904, 905, and updated FAQs 857, 859, 860, 861, 863, 865, and 871.

In addition, names have been added to OFAC's Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies list (NS-CMIC List).
