Issuance of a new Venezuela-related Executive Order and Associated Frequently Asked Questions

Today, the President signed an Executive Order Blocking Property of Additional Persons Contributing to the Situation in Venezuela. The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing two frequently asked questions in connection with the issuance of the Executive Order.
