During his visit to Türkiye, Secretary Blinken witnessed the devastation and announced another $100 million to assist those in need. He underscored that we are with the peoples of Türkiye and Syria until we get the job done. Secretary Blinken Raises Security Concerns with Chinese Diplomat
"Just met with the People's Republic of China's (PRC) top diplomat, Wang Yi. I condemned the incursion of the PRC surveillance balloon and stressed it must never happen again. I warned China against providing material support to Russia. I also emphasized the importance of keeping open lines of communication," Secretary Blinken on Twitter. Russia's Crimes Against Humanity
"Based on the law and available facts, I have determined that members of Russia's forces and other Russian officials have committed crimes against humanity in Ukraine. All those responsible for these atrocities must be held accountable," Secretary Blinken on Twitter. Read Secretary Blinken's press statement on crimes against humanity in Ukraine. Also, the Conflict Observatory, a program supported by the Department of State, released an independent report on February 14 detailing a vast network of Russia-run sites and processes used to relocate thousands of Ukraine's children to areas under Russian government control.
