Secretary Blinken traveled to Mexico City, Mexico on September 12 to co-chair the 2022 U.S.-Mexico High-Level Economic Dialogue (HLED). On September 13, Secretary Blinken and U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo made a joint visit to Purdue University to speak with students and highlight the bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act.
