Secretary Blinken's Travel to Ecuador and Colombia
 In Quito, Ecuador, Secretary Blinken met with President Guillermo Lasso and Foreign Minister Mauricio Montalvo and also participated in an event supporting business collaboration. The Secretary then traveled to Bogotá, Colombia where he met with President Iván Duque and Vice President-Foreign Minister Marta Lucía Ramírez to discuss our shared priorities. While in Bogotá, the Secretary co-led a migration ministerial with our regional partners and opened the U.S.-Colombia High-Level Dialogue.
