VRCER now available to all State VR agencies

Social Security is pleased to announce that the Vocational Rehabilitation Client Earnings Report (VRCER) is now available to all State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies. VRCER includes quarterly earnings information (based on a letter code) for clients your agency has served since 2015 who have at least one quarter of earnings out of the last 8 quarters on record.

Prior to receiving your first file, the signatory authority for your agency will need to complete the attached authorization form, identifying the contact(s) authorized to receive the VRCER file. In order to receive the next quarterly file scheduled for the first week of May 2020, you must return the authorization form to VR.Helpdesk@ssa.gov no later than 04/22/2020.

**Important: If you use VRCER as the basis for the required 9 months of SGA earnings you must put “VRCER” in the remarks section of your claim.**
