The U.S. Sentencing Commission scheduled a public meeting for January 30, 2025 at 11:00 am (ET). The meeting will be streamed live. The agenda is as follows:

Public Data Briefings, Request for Comment
The Commission released four separate data briefings on proposed amendments relating to drug offenses, economic offenses, simplification, and multiple count rules.
The information presented by Commission staff is intended to facilitate public discussion of the amendments proposed by the Commission in December.
Public Comment
The Commission is publishing a sample of public comment submissions on a rolling basis throughout the amendment cycle. A preliminary sample of comment can be read here.
Public comment on proposed amendments will be accepted through February 10, 2026.
