Basic Relevant Conduct & Basic Criminal History
On Friday, the U.S. Sentencing Commission added two new e-Learning courses to its growing list of Online Education Programs. The latest installments introduce the basic relevant conduct analysis and basic criminal history rules used to apply the federal sentencing guidelines.
With these introductory level courses to federal sentencing now available online, training staff will have more time to cover new and exciting topics at this year's National Training Seminar in San Antonio, Texas from May 30 - June 1.
For a better understanding of the interplay between Relevant Conduct and Criminal History, training staff recommend completing the Relevant Conduct course first.
