TTAB Center updated with new filing options
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) continues to add filing options in TTAB Center for parties doing business with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Now you can use TTAB Center to:
- File a motion or cross-motion for summary judgment
- File a request for discovery to respond to a motion for summary judgment
- File a motion to strike
- File a motion to review a board order or decision
- File a copy of a notice of appeal of a board decision
