We are pleased to announce the panelists and schedule for session one of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Spring Listening Session series.
Session one will take place on Monday, March 30, from 3-5 p.m. ET, in the Henry E. Baker Public Search Facility at USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. Whether you plan to attend session one in person or virtually, if you haven’t already, please register today.

A government-issued real ID is required to gain access to the USPTO’s Madison building and the Henry E. Baker Public Search Facility. A brief security screening is required to enter the Public Search Facility. The security checkpoint adds about 10 minutes to entry time, so please plan accordingly.
