Patent Trial and Appeal Board data now in the Open Data Portal
Effective today, January 6, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) data is no longer in the Developer Hub and is now part of the Open Data Portal (ODP).
In the ODP, you can find PTAB data in our new PTAB feature page, where you can easily search, view, and extract AIA trial proceeding, ex parte appeal, and interference information.
Also, here are useful resources to help you make the transition from using the previous Developer Hub to using ODP to locate PTAB data:
