PTAB launches a new web version of the Trial Practice Guide
To improve user accessibility, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has launched a new web version of the Trial Practice Guide (TPG).
The TPG provides guidance on trial practice before the PTAB. The new web edition of the TPG allows users to find information organized by topic as well as by text searching.
Look out for updates to the new web TPG in the near future.
