Learn about the most active patentees involved in court litigations with the PTAB

Join us on Wednesday, October 8, from noon to 1 p.m. ET for our next USPTO Hour, hosted by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). PTAB judges will discuss a recent study regarding some of the most active patentees involved in district court litigation over the past five years and how often those litigants’ patents are involved in trial proceedings before the PTAB.
