Petitions for cancellation now available in TTAB Center
You're receiving this email because you filed a petition for cancellation with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) in the last three years. Starting today, May 12, you can file a petition for cancellation in our new system TTAB Center.
On July 12, 2025, TTAB will require that all petitions for cancellation be filed using TTAB Center. On that date, we will retire the petition for cancellation filing functionality in the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA).
We'd like to receive your feedback on the new filing process to continue to improve TTAB Center and future enhancements. Share your input on the TTAB Center webpage.
Once complete, TTAB Center will become your one-stop resource for filings with the TTAB. You'll be able to make filings and see TTAB records in one place without needing to navigate to other websites. Features include:
- Secure login through a new or existing MyUSPTO account
- Options for saving and sharing draft filings
- Real-time tracking that tells you what part of your draft has been completed
