Grand opening of two Patent and Trademark Resource Center locations at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley

Texas inventors, business owners, and entrepreneurs: Join us in person during Rio Grande Valley Startup Week for the grand opening of two Patent and Trademark Resource Center (PTRC) locations at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV): 

• Edinburg campus library in Mission: Thursday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT 
• Brownsville campus library: Friday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT 

Celebrate these additions to the innovation community with official designation ceremonies and remarks from USPTO and university leaders. Additionally, attendees can participate in free workshops to: 

• Get an overview of intellectual property (IP) concepts.
• Learn about licensing opportunities. 
• Gain valuable insights from PTRC representatives and IP subject matter experts.
