Have you ever received a final rejection of your patent application from an examiner and wanted to seek review of that rejection in an ex parte appeal before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)?

Need to know how to make a persuasive argument in your ex parte appeal?

If so, join us for the Ex Parte Appeal Roadshow series. Our PTAB judges will share:

• Strategic considerations behind whether to file an ex parte appeal
• Tips for making more persuasive written arguments
• Ways to make an effective oral argument
• Options available to an appellant after the Board’s decision

The next roadshow will be in person on Thursday, February 6, 1-5 p.m. PT at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle.
