Ignite Innovation: How to use the mini-invention challenge to enrich learning experiences
How can educators harness invention and intellectual property concepts to foster creative thinking and problem-solving skills in students? Join us virtually Tuesday, May 28, from 6-7 p.m. ET for an exploration of the mini-invention challenge, a cross-disciplinary activity that encourages students to generate new ideas, prototype solutions to everyday problems, and effectively communicate their findings.
Invention education experts Kathy Hoppe, owner of STEMisED and educational contractor with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and Christine Lawlor-King, founder of award-winning invention education programs, will walk you through the activity and share ideas on how you can create a culture of innovation in your classroom, no matter what subject or discipline you teach.
