PTAB Inventor Hour - Episode 28

Are you an inventor, entrepreneur, new practitioner, or someone who wants to learn more about the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)? Join us Thursday, May 23, at noon ET for the next PTAB Inventor Hour webinar, Episode 28. This episode will feature an interview with Shubo (Joe) Zhou, Ph.D., supervisory patent examiner, who will speak on plant patents and his experience as an examiner.

Episode 28 will also feature a mock oral argument for a hearing in an ex parte appeal from a rejected patent application. Our panel of judges will explain best practices for effective oral advocacy.
