Ex Parte Appeal Roadshow coming to Austin on February 1
Are you a Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) practitioner? Would you like to learn more about ex parte appeal proceedings? We have the event for you.
We're hitting the road with a new, in-person training opportunity focused on ex parte appeals best practices, taught exclusively by PTAB judges. The second educational session will be in Austin, Texas, on Thursday, February 1, from 1-5 p.m. CT. Additional sessions will take place in cities nationwide through May 2024.

Attendees will:
- Learn tips to efficiently file an appeal brief, make more persuasive written arguments, and present an effective oral argument before a judge panel
- Hear perspectives from PTAB judge speakers, including Vice Chief Judges Kal Deshpande and Janet Gongola, Lead Judges Georgianna Witt Braden and Dave McKone, and Judges Debra Dennett and Rachel Townsend
- Engage with PTAB judges and network with other PTAB practitioners
The roadshows are free, but registration is encouraged. CLE credit is pending for each state where the event is being held.
