Comment on proposed trademark fee changes

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing changes to trademark fees. We invite all stakeholders to comment on our proposal, which is posted to the fee setting and adjusting section of the USPTO website.

You have two options for providing feedback:

• Testify at the Trademark Public Advisory Committee (TPAC) public hearing, scheduled for June 5. The deadline to request to testify is May 26.
• Submit a written comment directly to the USPTO. The deadline is June 12.
