Join the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the University of Oregon School of Law for in-person Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings on the UO Portland campus on Friday, September 16, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Practitioners and students can observe judges and counsel in action during the PTAB and TTAB proceedings.
The PTAB and TTAB judges will also cover:
- Information about the structure and format of PTAB AIA and ex parte appeal proceedings and TTAB opposition proceedings
- Tips for advocacy before the administrative tribunals
Space is limited, so register early for this free program. Application will be made for 4 general continuing legal education (CLE) credits (Oregon).
A reception, co-hosted by the Oregon State Bar Intellectual Property Section, will follow the proceedings and educational sessions.
