If you are an inventor or new to Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings, join PTAB judges on Friday, August 12 at 2:00 p.m. ET for a special episode of our monthly Inventor Hour webinar live from Invention-Con 2022!
To attend, please register for Invention-Con 2022, which is hosted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and takes place August 10-12 from noon to 5:00 p.m. ET daily. Registration gives access to many sessions in addition to Inventor Hour, Episode 11.
Episode 11 will feature an interview with two inventors, Steve Leslie and Dr. Yvonne Young, who appeared pro se (representing themselves) and won before the PTAB in an ex parte appeal. Learn from the inventors about their experiences preparing for and presenting their appeal at PTAB.
