The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) fee schedule was updated with the following changes, effective July 1:
Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees to foreign offices
- 1716: International search, Japan Patent Office (JPO) as International Searching Authority (ISA) – fee decrease from $1,475 to $1,336
- 1714: International search, Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) as ISA – fee increase from $383 to $495 *please note the June 1, 2022 statement about selecting Rospatent as an ISA
