Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for an America Invents Act (AIA) oral argument encore Friday, May 20 from noon-1 p.m. ET.
Practitioners Erika Harmon Arner (Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP), Gene W. Lee (Perkins Coie LLP), Megan F. Raymond (Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP), and John D. Vandenberg (Klarquist Sparkman, LLP) will present arguments in a mock AIA trial proceeding before a panel of three PTAB judges. After arguments, the practitioners and panel will discuss the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches demonstrated during the mock argument.
