New TMEP available

The July 2021 Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP) is now available. This update incorporates final rules, examination guides, and Supreme Court decisions issued since the October 2018 TMEP revision. It also clarifies or memorializes some existing procedures.

This revision supersedes prior versions of the TMEP, examination guides, or any other statement of USPTO policy to the extent that there is any conflict.
