The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a final rule to amend the rules of practice to update the address for the replenishment of a deposit account by mail.
From December 15, 2020, through December 14, 2021, deposit account replenishments addressed to the old address will be forwarded to the new address. Deposit account replenishments submitted electronically will not be affected by these mailing address changes.
