This year marks the 75th anniversary of the passage of the Lanham Act, the primary federal trademark law of the United States. On June 17-18, join the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the State Bar of Texas’ Intellectual Property Law Section in commemorating the passage of this foundational act. Register today for this celebratory event.

Join us for a two-day event featuring a trademark boot camp and top-notch speakers and panelists, including:

  • U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo
  • Congresswoman Kay Granger of Texas
  • Drew Hirshfeld, performing the functions and duties of the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO
