Jamie Holcombe, the USPTO's Chief Information Officer, won this year’s WashingtonExec Pinnacle Award for Artificial Intelligence Government Executive of the Year. This award program highlights successful executives and businesses saving money and fostering innovation for federal clients across the region.
“Congratulations to Jamie for this well-deserved honor,” said Andrei Iancu, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. “Under Jamie’s leadership, the USPTO has made significant progress in upgrading our information technology systems, with many more improvements on the way. We’re very proud that the Office of the Chief Information Officer has set such a high standard for excellence across the USPTO and the entire U.S. government.”
