From 10 p.m. ET on Friday, Nov. 17, to 5 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, the
Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) will not be available.
Fee processing maintenance, Nov. 18
From 12:01 a.m. to 5:30
a.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, payment processing for all USPTO storefronts
will not be available.
Trademark system maintenance, Nov. 18-20
From 8
p.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 18, to 5:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 20, the following
systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Next Generation ID
Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not
be available.
- Trademark Official Gazette
(TMOG) will not
be available.
- Trademark Status and Document
Retrieval (TSDR) will be
available with reduced functionality.
- Trademark Electronic
Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will
not be available.
