AAU Contact Center Temporary Closure

The USPTO Application Assistance Unit (AAU) Contact Center will be closed Thursday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET. The unit reopens at 1:30 p.m.

During this time, callers may leave a voicemail with their contact information. Callers are advised to email HelpAAU@uspto.gov during the closure. We will respond to all voicemail messages and emails once the AAU Contact Center reopens.
