AAU Contact Center Closed Briefly on Nov. 17

The USPTO Application Assistance Unit (AAU) Contact Center will be closed Thursday, Nov. 17 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. The unit reopens at 1:30 p.m.

During this time, callers may leave a voice mail with their contact information. All voice mails will be responded to when the AAU Contact Center reopens. Callers are also advised that they may send an email during the closure. All emails to HelpAAU@uspto.gov. will be responded to once the call center reopens.
