On August 9 from noon – 1 p.m. ET, the USPTO’s Patent Quality Chat webinar series continues with "The Post-Prosecution Pilot: A New After
Final Collaboration Program."
USPTO speakers will discuss the details of our new pilot
program recently announced in the Federal Register. The Post-Prosecution
Pilot (P3) Program is designed to incorporate effective features of two current
programs, (1) the After Final Consideration Pilot (AFC) 2.0 program and (2)
the Pre-Appeal Brief Conference Pilot program. The P3 Program adds new, requested features,
such as providing applicants an opportunity to present arguments to a panel at
