An updated version of the Certificate of Mailing under 37 CFR 1.8 (PTO/SB/92) form was posted on July 15, 2016. The form is now titled, “Certificate of Mailing or Transmission under 37 CFR 1.8” and can be used for certificate of mailing, certificate of facsimile transmission, or certificate of EFS-Web transmission, as appropriate. Since PTO/SB/92 now provides for certificate of facsimile transmission, the Certificate of Transmission under 37 CFR 1.8 (PTO/SB/97) form has been deleted.
