The Application Assistance Unit (AAU) and America Invents Act (AIA) Contact Centers will be closed from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 12, 2016.

During the hours of closure, callers will have the option to leave a voice mail with their contact information. All voice mail messages will be responded to when the call centers reopen on Thursday, May 12.

You may also contact the Application Assistance Unit Contact Center via email at: pubscustomerservice@uspto.gov or the America Invents Act Contact Center at HelpAIA@uspto.gov. Emails will be answered once the call center reopens on Thursday, May 12.
