The USPS OIG is seeking a highly qualified applicant to fill an Attorney position in the Office of General Counsel located in Arlington, VA. Primary responsibilities of the position entail providing legal advice and services to federal agents in every aspect of investigating violations of Postal Service and federal law and regulations, including: workers compensation fraud, mail theft, contract fraud, FOIA, whistle blower retaliation, and violations of ethical standards. The successful candidate will also review and approve Inspector General administrative subpoenas and conduct training for clients as needed.
