For plan years beginning in 2025, premium filings are generally due one month earlier than usual because of a provision contained in the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (see Technical Update 25-1 for more information). For example, for plan years beginning 01/01/2025, the due date will now be 09/15/2025, instead of 10/15/2025. Please reference the chart in the link above to confirm the filing due date for plan years beginning 01/01/2025 – 12/31/2025.
