2024 Premium Rates: PBGC has determined the premium rates applicable for the 2024 plan year in accordance with the indexing rules provided in section 4006 of ERISA, as amended by The Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement 2.0 Act (SECURE 2.0).
