New Version of My PAA: Available Resources

My PAA System User: 

In April, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) launched a new version of the My Plan Administration Account (My PAA) premium filing application, which includes significant changes to the My PAA online premium filing process.  

For a better user experience, PBGC has developed many tools to help you navigate the new system. 

Below are resources located on the My PAA toolbar. 

  1. Online Demonstrations includes videos and presentations with step-by-step directions. Topics are updated based on ongoing enhancements. 
  2. My PAA Instructions & Training Materials includes a chart, sorted by the different performance activities in My PAA, with associated demonstrations and published instructions.  
  3. Ask a Question will send your question directly to PBGC’s support team. The Premium Customer Service staff monitor and respond to these inquiries in a timely manner.
