The new version of My PAA (to be launched April 26) streamlines and improves the process for submitting premium filings created using private-sector software. To give you a heads up about the new process, PBGC has posted information about the upcoming private-sector software-related changes.
We also wanted to remind you that:
- Previously submitted filings for 2014 and later plan years will be migrated to the new version of My PAA, but “Draft” (i.e., in-process) filings will not.
- To facilitate the migration, My PAA will be unavailable from Thursday, April 22, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time through Monday, April 26 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time.
- If you have any draft filings in your account that you plan to submit in the future, you may want to take action before the migration begins to avoid having to recreate them after April 26.
