My PAA Draft Filings - Action Recommended

As explained in our December 23 email:  

  • On Monday, March 1, 2021, PBGC will launch a new version of the My Plan Administration Account (My PAA) premium filing application.
  • Previously submitted filings for 2014 and later plan years will be migrated to the new system.
  • “Draft” (i.e., in-process) filings will not be migrated.

We are reaching out because you currently have at least one draft filing in your My PAA account.  

If you plan to submit a filing that is currently in draft status after March 1, 2021, please consider completing and submitting it before the migration begins (5 p.m. EST on February 25, 2021) to avoid having to recreate it. With this approach, you may defer payment of the premium until the filing due date without incurring late payment charges. Alternatively, consider saving a hard copy of the draft filing to make it easier to recreate after March 1.
