Dear Advisory Board Members and Reports Users,
In coordination with the planned maintenance on the USA Staffing Production environment on Sunday, November 2nd, the USA Staffing Reporting teams are implementing required infrastructure updates that require downtime for the Legacy Data APIs and Cognos. The extent of updates to the reporting infrastructure necessitates a longer period of downtime than required for the USA Staffing application. As a result, the Legacy Data APIs and Cognos will be down for maintenance from 5:00 PM ET on Friday, October 31st to approximately 5:00 PM ET on Sunday, November 2nd.
Power BI reporting and the Azure Data APIs will remain available, but data refreshes for those systems as well as the data warehouses supporting the Legacy Data APIs and Cognos will be paused during the maintenance period.
If you have Cognos reports or Legacy Data API calls scheduled during the downtime, please pause or reschedule them accordingly to avoid disruption. Also keep in mind that because the data refreshes will be paused during the maintenance period, once maintenance has been completed and data refresh processes are able to resume, the jobs may require more time than usual to complete.
