Starting September 27, 2025, USAJOBS will enforce a two-page resume limit for all resumes. This includes resumes stored in a job seeker profile, new uploaded resumes, resume builder resumes, and searchable resumes in the Agency Talent Portal (ATP). The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) recently issued guidance for agencies and applicants to assist with this new resume requirement. OPM also issued guidance to agencies on using descriptive and functional job titles that resonate with job seekers and accurately convey the nature of the work and required skills.
