 Dear Chief Human Capital Officers, Deputy Chief Human Capital Officers and Human Resources Directors,
OPM is notifying agencies that there is no longer an expectation of employees reporting their weekly “five bullets” to OPM, via HR@opm.gov or otherwise. OPM believes that it is the fundamental responsibility of every manager to stay informed about what their team members are working on and to ensure that they are focused on the most critical priorities. As such, OPM does not see an ongoing need for this weekly email. Agencies are free to determine whether they wish to continue this practice internally, but OPM will no longer provide a dedicated email inbox in support of this effort.
