Updated 2025 U.S. Office of Personnel Management Consolidated Reporting Data Call

Good evening,

Today the U.S. Office of Personnel Management issued a memorandum titled, "Updated 2025 U.S. Office of Personnel Management Consolidated Reporting Data Call," which supersedes the January 17, 2025, consolidated request sent to agencies via GovDelivery.  Updates include:

• The new Fiscal Year 2024 Reporting on the Non-Competitive Hiring Authority for Spouses of Certain Department of Defense Civilian Employees data call, which includes an April 30, 2025 deadline;
• Additional time for the Telework data call;
• The elimination of two non-statutorily required data calls; and
• Shifting the Pathways & Early Career Talent Programs data call for issuance next calendar year.

Note that the 2025 Annual Review of Special Rates, and Annual Reporting for Fiscal Year 2025 on the Employment of Military Spouses & Certain DoD Civilian Employee Spouses data calls will be added on the Chief Human Capital Officers' website as they are issued, and you will be notified via email.

The respective OPM program office will also remind agencies of their upcoming data call deadlines via the Chief Human Capital Officers Council. If you have any follow-up questions about a particular data call, please contact the respective point of contact. 

In the event an ad hoc data call is required, it will be disseminated separately.  New, recurring data calls will be incorporated into the following calendar year’s consolidated data call memorandum.
