Dear USA Staffing Partners,
In alignment with the President’s Executive Order, HR users will be presented with a confirmation action before accessing a New Hire record. As depicted in the screen image below, HR users will confirm if a New Hire is exempt from the hiring freeze or if the New Hire activities are not related to pre-employment before being granted access to the New Hire record.
 To confirm, HR users will select the appropriate scenario and click “I Confirm." If the HR user cannot confirm an appropriate scenario, they will click “I cannot confirm” and be returned to their prior action in the system.
