 Good evening,
Today the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued a memorandum titled, "Initial Guidance Regarding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) Executive Orders" providing initial guidance to agencies regarding the President’s executive orders titled, "Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing" and "Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions," which repeals Executive Order 14035, "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce." The memorandum includes three upcoming deadlines for steps to close Agency DEIA Offices -- two within the coming days and another at the end of the month. All requested information should be emailed to DEIAreports@opm.gov and amanda.scales@opm.gov.
