 Good afternoon,
Today, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management issued a memorandum titled, “Governmentwide Moratorium on Senior Executive Service (SES) Qualifications Review Board (QRB) Cases – Presidential Election Year 2024" announcing a moratorium of Qualifications Review Board processing, effective January 10, 2025. The memorandum is accompanied by guidance to agencies on the process and appropriate instances to request any exception to the moratorium.
