OPM has created a new fact sheet on maxiflex work schedules (a type of flexible work schedule), which can be found below and on OPM’s website. In addition, OPM has revised our previously issued guidance on hours of work for telework and remote work employees to provide further clarification on various work schedule scenarios.
Should there be any questions, agency headquarters-level human resources offices may contact Pay, Leave, and Workforce Flexibilities at OPM at paypolicy@opm.gov. Employees should contact their agency human resources or payroll office.
